A tool we created for one of our clients. The end goal was to be able to place multiple lighting fixtures in a single command. Usually, you need to place the fixtures one by one and then to adjust the correct distances to the space boundaries and in between the fixtures. With this tool, you save time and improve efficiency.

Working with phases in Revit could be challenging. The phase created parameter of room elements can't be changed which is understandable. Still, quite often we need to have the same rooms trough the model phases. The only way is to recreate each room manually. With our tool, you can transfer rooms between phases and solve this issue!
The end goal is to clean the model before sending to consultants. All the views not placed on sheets are deleted. All schedules and legends are deleted as well. All the view templates and view filters are deleted, too. All the imported/linked CAD files and the imported images are removed. The Revit links remain because of the further usage by the consultants.

Our last tool which is extracting room finish materials and area. It is the result of our efforts through the years to automate the process of calculating the total area of room finishes for our projects. our previous tools weren't able to do the job the way we wanted. Now we have a better solution. The tool creates a parameter for each unique room finish material and then fills the material area per room. That is how we are able to extract the total area of a material per level or for the whole project using simple room schedule.
