By default Revit creates a lot of backup files. If you don’t pay attention you could end up with more than 10 backup files in the folder. Even if there are only two backup files this could be a lot of not needed information if the file itself is big. This is our solution.

Our workflow uses Dynamo and Revit to transfer information from schedule to legend. That allows you to have the graphic information compliant with the schedule information – everything in one place.
