Get Room Finish Quantities with Dynamo to Excel

This is how we extract the room finishes area. Dynamo helps us to calculate the area of each finish material in each room. It simply grabs the area from the wall, ceiling or floor which is in contact with the room volume. Works also with elements from linked models! After the extraction the script writes the information in excel file. That is how you can extract paint or stucco area without the need to split face and paint material, or to model a wall for finishes.
